THE FASTEST WAY INTO TRUE WEALTH IN 2024

www.sijinius.com

The blessings of the Lord it makes rich and adds no sorrow to it (Prov 10:22).

You are poor, not because of Tinubu or your government.... You are poor because you are not daily waking up to create a SYSTEM that will make money for you even while you are sleeping.

The fastest way to get there is to partner with the #1 person who creates systems - GOD! Yes, partner with God in a covenant of wealth.

Don't wait till God comes to you, go to him. Tell him something on earth that you are willing to do for him, REGULARLY, and he will tell you where the riches of the earth are locked up in, and how to access them, and create a system for milking the earth continually.

A covenant with God is your fastest way to lasting wealth.

A covenant is like a ritual- i.e. something you will do REGULARLY e.g. have an altar and worship God on it every morning, or represent him on street at 6pm everyday, or send someone a message of encouragement every Sunday morning, etc.

Sometimes, it is God that will give you an instruction though, especially if he is the one who calls you into the covenant.

HOW DOES GOD DO IT?

Afterward, God might give you a factor of production, or idea, or dream, or song, or book, or skill, or Intellectual Property, or a unique, fast way to do what others are sweating to do everyday and your business will explode.

But God honours covenants!!! It is you humans who don't. Your covenant sealed in blood- your sweat and blood will be honoured by God.

THE OCCULT PRACTICES THIS PRINCIPLE REGULARLY

You see those witches and wizards, they have covenant with the devil. That is why they have power.

You see those ritualistic politicians, they have covenant with Satan, that is why they are rich.

If you claim to know God, prove it. Enter into a covenant with him, and see if he will not give you the wealth to be his representative on earth.

The fastest way into lasting wealth in 2024- Go into Covenant with the SYSTEM-creating God.

You must think in "systems" in 2024!!

From Social Media:

1. A COVENANT IS SIMPLY A PARTNERSHIP.

The more sacrifice you put in, the more you can get from the partnership.

2. The results from some covenant last over 100years, even your great grandchildren will benefit from it.

3..Your God is not lazy and unproductive, I wonder why you are!

HOW TO SURVIVE THE WORSENING GLOBAL ECONOMIC DOWNTURN, RECESSION & GREAT POVERTY AHEAD

What is a Global Recession?

During depressing economic times like this, when inflation and the cost of living rise faster than people's income, (poor) people always lose their hard-earned money. Lotteries, covetous pastors, pyramid schemes & fraudsters make lots of money from people who believe that the little they have is not enough, so they are tempted to double it by giving it out. This period is the time to keep money not give it.

Economic Depression is the time to keep money, not give it out!

I repeat- Economic Depression is the time to keep money, not give it out!

Personal Finance Lessons From The Judaic (Old Testament) Principle of Tithing

www.sijinius.blogspot.com

Now, my stance on Tithing –which some people refer to as the compulsory payment of 10% of pre/post tax salary to a church on a monthly basis- has not changed. Believers- true Christians- are not told anywhere in the Bible, to give a ‘10% tax’ to any pastor, church, or ‘God’, on a monthly basis. If you have not been following my blog, you can read this, this and this post(s) for my position.

Stop Being Broke! 7 Habits of Highly Effective ‘Personal Finance’ People

sijinius.com
Okay, I confess this article is not about all the seven habits from Steven Covey’s bestselling classic ‘The 7 habits of highly effective people’. But it borrows heavily from the book.

(By the way, that is one of my top 7 favorite books, you should read it if you haven’t. Of course, the book is so popular and effective that it has spawned a couple of other titles such as ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens’ by Sean Covey, ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective Marketing Professionals’ by Steven Covey, and the sequel ‘The 8th Habit’.)

The priority of prioritizing
This article is about helping you stop being broke every month, year, and decade, by looking at one habit that can keep you perpetually poor if you don’t handle it.

How To Get Your Personal Finance More Organised

sijinius.blogspot.com

In essence, Simply Organise Your Life!

Many people wonder why their finances aren’t in good shape. The answer is simple; ‘Their life lacks a definite focus.’ The number one determinant of a financially balanced life is the centre. What holds your centre together? A popular African novel started with this quote, “When the centre does not hold, things fall apart.” The same is true for our finances.

Do you know why it is called personal finance? It is because it has to do with you- YOUR PERSON! Your finances (spending, saving, etc) are prioritised according to your life values.

Credicoins Network Ltd Financial Education Articles

sijinius.com

This blog has really suffered because of the offline work I am doing for the new company Credicoins Network Ltd. My budget is in millions of dollars (billions of Naira) as I am targeting the whole continent, so you know I have to be on top of my game, research-wise, as I don’t want to lose or waste investors’ money. I also don’t want this dream to fail.

Below are a few samples of the personal financial articles our network marketers (to be called PF Coaches) will be using to sell a savings culture. They are all topics I have covered fully in the last 5 months on this blog. At the outset, we'll print them into foldable leaflets, and translate them into the four major Nigerian languages- Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa.

The graphics artist and our cartoonist will be working together to bringing them to life with ample pictures/cartoons. And you know Nigerians don’t like to read long articles, so I have kept them short unlike my blog posts.

Hopefully, they are concise enough to drive home our simple message, and help us effectively get probably just one African living under $2 daily to SAVE REGULARLY BY PAYING HIM/HERSELF HOURLY for life- taking him/her and the family from poverty to wealth.

I must confess that the book ‘Poor Economics’ has really, truly enlightened me more about poverty, and broadened my horizon with its true-life stories, researches and facts. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Do You Also Become Financially Stupid When You Have A Lot Of Money...

empty pockets and wallets

...and do not regain your financially senses until you have spent it all, or lost it, or even run into debt?

That used to describe my mentality to cash; I hope it does not describe yours presently.

101 Ways To Spend Less Cash In Nigeria (1)

sijinius.com

This is a very long article which I will eventually make into an ebook. In the mean time, I have divided it into smaller bits so I will post 10-15 of the methods per article, so I don’t bore you or overload you with too much at once.

Some of these tips will apply to the very rich or upper class, and not to middle or lower income classes, some will apply to an entrepreneur and not to a salary earner. Some will be applicable in some states, and not in others, while some will be applicable during Christmas, for example, and not in June. The whole idea is for you to get the concept behind them and apply them with wisdom.

I Missed My Short Term Financial Goal by N20,539

Wow! It's already one (1) month -Sept, 19, 2014 to Oct, 19, 2014 since I began tracking my expenses on this blog.

I said on DAY 1 that my short term (1 month financial goal) was to reduce my expenditure to 50% of income and save at least 10% of my income in one month, and I was supposed to publish this on sat 25th, October. But I decided to do it today since it is already one month since I started.

DAY 20: Give, But By A Budget!

I give too much, and that has been a grave source of concern for me. It is good to give, but sometimes we can give unintelligently. You know, I told Frank on the hotseat of Who wants to be a millionaire that I was going to give out half of my winnings, and I did. In fact, I felt good about that, but I have since discovered that most of my giving is unintelligent. What do I mean?

I give a lot mainly because I've always wanted to be like/emulate billionaire philanthropists who give out millions of dollars regularly. But you know what I discovered, those philanthropists can give so much, and regularly too because they have mastered wealth principles.
