HOW TO CONCENTRATE ON VALUE OUTSIDE OF CASH- MY LIFE EXPERIMENT SINCE 2017

www.sijinius.com

For the past 7 years, since August 2017, I completely changed my mindset to (having) cash. I have sought to live cashless in an urban area. I must confess that this was as a direct result of Rev 13 and my Endtime prophetic calling.

My personal finance blogging and my intention to build a Fintech company/be financially successful in the eyes of the world went in the opposite direction.

While I have not fully gotten a grasp on the methods in which I have employed to achieve this mental paradigm change, I am slowly getting there. Of course, almost everyone in my life thinks that I am crazy and it has not been easy on my mental health, necessitating the writing of my upcoming book* on helping people with depression, anxiety and loneliness. We must continue to help people, no matter what!
[Note: All my entrepreneurial endeavors always stem from personal problems or pain points or passion, that I hope can be of help to one other person who might just have the same problem as me.]

HOW TO SURVIVE THE WORSENING GLOBAL ECONOMIC DOWNTURN, RECESSION & GREAT POVERTY AHEAD

What is a Global Recession?

During depressing economic times like this, when inflation and the cost of living rise faster than people's income, (poor) people always lose their hard-earned money. Lotteries, covetous pastors, pyramid schemes & fraudsters make lots of money from people who believe that the little they have is not enough, so they are tempted to double it by giving it out. This period is the time to keep money not give it.

Economic Depression is the time to keep money, not give it out!

I repeat- Economic Depression is the time to keep money, not give it out!

SLAVERY, 3 ECONOMIC LEVELS IN THE WORLD AND GOD'S PERSPECTIVE TO SLAVERY

www.sijinius.blogspot.com

Babylonian man has never wanted freedom for his slaves. More so, Slave-owners once used the Bible to endorse slavery and slave trade.

In the British empire back then, the White man even printed a specially edited Bible for his slaves that removed all verses that talked about the deliverance of slaves from slavery.

 "It was intended for use among enslaved Africans in the British West Indies, which is modern day Caribbeans, so Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua," he says.''
 "About 90 percent of the Old Testament is missing [and] 50 percent of the New Testament is missing," Schmidt says. "Put in another way, there are 1,189 chapters in a standard protestant Bible. This Bible contains only 232."

And today many Archaeology and History scholars now out-rightly dispute the FACT that the Israelites were once slaves in Egypt.
But what has been God's eternal stance concerning Slavery?

YOU ARE AN AMBASSADOR (II): A WORKER IS WORTHY OF HIS WAGE

www.sijinius.com

In Nigeria where I live, most employers believe that they are doing their employee a favor by paying them a salary. They don't see employees as 'partners in progress' but as preys and parasites that reduce their profits.

The attitude is such that- ''IF I DID NOT EMPLOY YOU, YOU WOULD BE POOR & DESTITUTE. I AM THE 'GOD' KEEPING YOU & YOUR FAMILY ALIVE.''
''WITHOUT ME/MY COMPANY, ALL OF YOU EMPLOYEES WILL BE HUNGRY, UNEMPLOYED & UNEMPLOYABLE.''
''I AM JUST DOING YOU A CHARITABLE FAVOR BY PAYING YOUR SALARY, YOU CONTRIBUTE NOTHING TO MY COMPANY.''

Unfortunately, many employees are also lazy & ignorant- they do not know the value of work, nor their rights as workers. And the government -a reflection of it all- does not protect its citizens neither do the citizens care.

So from the Bible, what is God's commandment and attitude to work, workers and their salary, regardless of the country or type of job?

10 DIFFERENT WAYS YOU CAN COME INTO THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY TODAY

www.sijinius.com
Tractors Working On A Farm

1. ENERGY;
The first way to identify a godly system from an ungodly one is ENERGY GENERATION THROUGH RECYCLING, NOT THROUGH POLLUTION!
You must recycle agric organic waste by converting into Biomethane.
Globally, there are 3 types of organic waste that can be converted into energy- Industrial, Municipal & Agric waste. You can assist Nigerian farmers in research and production of biomethane for powering farms and houses around.

2. CONSULTATION;
You can offer FREE business consultation and funds/grants generation for farmers, or do it for an affordable fee.

3. LOGISTICS & STORAGE;
Storing and/or transporting harvest produce in the most hygienic manner that preserves maximum nutrients is still a challenge for Nigerian farmers.
There is gross unrighteousness in this aspect of the industry as consumers pay for food that has most of its nutrients depleted. The (lack of affordable) energy problem in Nigeria is part of/foundation to this unrighteousness.

4. LEASE YOUR LAND TO FARMERS;
You can help by leasing your land to those who are willing to farm.

5. ARTISANRY CONSTRUCTING AGRIC TOOLS/EQUIPMENTS/FACILITIES;
If you are a welder, engineer, plumber, bricklayer, security expert, and so on,...your services are needed more than ever by farmers.

6. BECOMING A FARMER YOURSELF;
a) Piggery
b) Cattle rearing
c) Tree planting
d) Cash crops such as Oil palm, Cocoa, Rubber, Cassava, Maize, etc.
e) Fruits & Vegetables e.g Tomato, Melon, Grapes, Ugwu, etc.
f) Fisheries e.g exotic fishes, aquarium fishes, cat fish, etc.
g) Poultry e.g Turkey, Guinea fowl, Chicken, etc.
h) Grains e.g Rice, Barley, Sorghum, Wheat, Beans & Soybeans, etc.

7. AGRIC TECH INVESTMENT;
Invest in technologies, educational institutions and technological companies that directly support the agric industry. The difference between hunger/poverty in Nigeria & other African nations, and the abundance in the USA, Israel & Canada is TECHNOLOGY!

8. INVESTMENT IN ACTUAL FARMS/FARMERS, OR COMPANIES SUPPORTING FARMERS;
You can invest directly in a farm or farmers around you.

You can also find 53 different tech companies investing in farmers in Nigeria here.

9. ENSURE YOUR LAWMAKERS/GOVT OFFICIALS USE AGRIC-BUDGETED-MONEY APPROPRIATELY;
If you cannot get your elected officials and govt workers to do the right thing, you will also suffer for the non-challance and corruption.
The AVERAGE citizen in USA, Canada & Israel is not hungry/poor also because the government is held accountable on funds. The agric grants and loans you need will either come to you, or be embezzled- the choice is yours!

10. NUTRITION-ALLIED INDUSTRY:
You can also invest or start companies educating/researching/dealing with "Food Nutients Preservation", "Weight-loss", "Proper Dieting", "Food Biochemistry & preparation Safety", "Bakery", "Winery", etc.

The economic war already began. If you will not rely on the Antichrist for economic support, then START NOW! He who controls your economy controls your life. You cannot serve God and Mammon. Christ's bride must come out of Babylon totally. Be wise, do the right thing, side with God and prepare NOW.
The choice is yours.

CHARGING INTEREST ON A LOAN IS NOT A SIN, THE SIN IS NOT KNOWING THE DEBTOR YOU SHOULDN'T CHARGE USURY

www.sijinius.blogspot.com

God is perfect, constant- never changing. His natural laws on wealth creation and business have also not changed.

Giving/taking loans is very important in business, and interest/usury have been charged from time immemorial. In fact, you can hardly get great growth and profits in business without AT FIRST owing (people)....

Therefore, God isn't against (giving or taking) loans! It is the interest charges that is his concern.

So, does God oppose all Usury/Interest on loans?! What does the Bible say about loans and interest charges?!!

MMM, Making Money Online 2016/2017, The Gift of Handicap, And Other Stories

www.sijinius.com

This blog is supposed to be suspended indefinitely on money/personal finance matters because of personal reasons (I already gave in the last few blog posts). Excepting for personal musings, important announcements and other random updates, if I am not here, it is assumed I am reading for my exams. However, recent happenings in the Nigerian online personal finance/”Make Money Online” space saddened me and I am forced (out of recess, abi na recession..lol) to make this post.

www.sijinius.com

My purpose in life as I shared in the last blog post is to help/show people the way out of poverty -whether or not I am 'rich'.
God specifically told me that he did not send me to "first acquire wealth, and then start teaching people how to do the very same thing I did" -which was what I was hustling to do and sadly, repeatedly failing at.

I am simply to show others that to be rich, they need the right mindset, then discipline and diligence, and finally, ideas and strategies. ALL OTHER THINGS ARE EXCESS TO SUPPLY!

Minimalism Could Be Your Missing Link To Great Wealth and Contentment

www.sijinius.com
Credit: wallwritten.com

I came across this BBC picture article on minimalism recently, and it kept me thinking if Minimalism is what is needed in "poor countries" like Nigeria, to become wealthy both as a nation and people.

My dad told me that our moral rot and infrastructural decay as a country began after the oil boom of the early 70s. He said that the government of Gowon was advised by Chief Awolowo to invest the new found wealth in infrastructure, but the then head of state preferred to dole out cash benefits to top government functionaries and civil servants, and increased salaries for everyone.

He said to me that people then began acquiring electronics and other material things. Villagers no longer wanted to be farmers, and incidences of house robbery skyrocketed (-it is funny though how thieves rarely rob houses nowadays to steal TV sets and Sound systems, unlike before).

Today, about 45 years after, I ask, "Is Nigerians' craze for imported 'goods' and unbridled appetite for 'materialism and consumerism' (especially as we are no longer a 'producing economy',) the reason for our poverty?"

Savings Go Down When Debt Goes Up: Of 'Urban Poor', and Other Trending PF Articles

www.sijinius.blogspot.com
Credit: Hugh Kretschmer
Buzzfeed released an article on Thursday that got social media talking, with a lot of spoofs and jabs thrown at and around the phrase "Urban Poor". You can also read the article by Gayatri Jayaraman which is essentially about broke millennials who are trying to keep up with the Joneses. And it has been read over 3.5 million times already.

Like I have stated on this blog, the secret to being financially comfortable and secure in life is to spend far less than you earn. Or put the other way round, Earn far more than you can ever spend, even if you wanted to spend it all

While many were angered by Jarayaman's misuse of the term poor in her 'Urban poor' article, saying that it distracts from the real people living in poverty, some authors correctly explained that she only meant poor as a poverty-inducing lifestyle decision by urban millennials, as they were not really poor at all.

Did You Read That Controversial Oxfam Report About Wealth Inequality?

www.sijinius.com

The report that said that if poverty is left to continue at this present rate, the wealth held by the world’s richest 1% will be equal to the wealth of the rest of us combined together this year 2016. Yet, the rich still want more.

Mathematically, that means that (the rich)
1% of world population own 48% of wealth
19% own about 46% of the wealth
80% share just 5.5%.
